*What to Expect:*
1. *Opening Circle*: set our intention*: A deep journey connecting our bodymind with the present moment and powerful energies of the full moon. We will become a tribe, breathing together, moving together, interconnected, to meditate, release and reclaim.
2. *Release & reclaim Ceremonies*: A ritual, meditation Cacao ceremony & dance, to release limitations and reclaim the deeper connection to yourself.
3. *Singing circle*: healing vibrations of sound through singing bowls, drums, and chimes to cleanse and align of our energies.
4. *Closing Circle*: we will complete the journey in togetherness, softly and tenderly integrating the experience .
